Reagents
We have the most commonly used genome engineering reagents ready for you to use, like Cas9 expression vectors and validated CRISPR libraries in plasmid or viral form. However, we can also design and generate custom versions of these tools; from simple gRNA vectors, to new libraries or Cas protein versions.
Plasmids
Whether you want to create a knock-in or just a knock-out, you need to guide the genome engineering tool to the right place. We can design and prepare CRISPR plasmids to use in your experiments.
Viral Preps
While the guide RNA component of the CRISPR/Cas can be very diverse, there are only a handful of Cas versions that are used in most applications (KO, CRISPRi or CRISPRa). We have those viral preps in stock so that you can establish your own Tg Cas systems. And we can of course tailor the virus together to fit your needs.
CRISPR Libraries
Publicly available CRISPR libraries have the advantage of being designed and tested by world experts in the field. However, acquiring, expanding, and validating (QC) a CRISPR library still takes considerable time and effort. We have the most common libraries ready for you to use. If you need an available library we don't have, we can get it. Or we can design together your own personal CRISPR library!
